Created to provide an educational theatrical experience, the Troupe's goal is to foster the personal growth and development of its
members. Founded in 1979, QJTT presents two fully scaled and professionally directed musicals each summer season. In addition
to providing performance opportunities, members may chose to participate in many other areas of theatrical production such as set
design and construction, lighting design and operation, sound design and operation, and stage management through the QJTT
Tech Apprentice Program. In addition, members have the unique opportunity to assist our professional staff of directors, musical
directors and choreographers from the first rehearsal to opening night in order to learn what it takes to mount major theatrical productions.
